One can invest just a few hours a week on a consistent basis and create a major secondary stream of income that with effort will increase over time. The concept of recommending good books, movies, restaurants or products and getting paid is no longer left up to the experts that work for media outlets. There are many products and services that one may like, use and believe in, and we tell our friends all about them but if we are not affiliated with the manufacturer or distributor we essentially are doing free advertising.

For those that have a financial need, like a stay at home mom, someone recently downsized or unemployed or someone that just enjoys the social aspect of direct marketing, picking the right company with the right products can be a rewarding money making opportunity beyond imagination.

The key ingredient that makes success easier as a social entrpreneurship endevour is finding a product or service, preferably a consumable that is used up and purchased on a montly basis, it would be helpful if it was one of a kind, exclusive or the best in its category, low cost of entry to start the program and a solid reputable company that can deliver product on time and pay commissions on schedule. When one finds a company and product or service they like, take time to learn about company terms and conditions and how the pay program works. This helps to avoid mistakes and dissappointments and helps to put factors into motion such as time leveraging, duplication of effort by working with like minded individuals, helping to generate a subtantial residual income which is derived from geometric growth.

Scientists are working on human somatic cells to make them pluripotent, essentially give them the same qualities of an embryonic stem cell. These induced pluripotent  cells have all the factors that characterize human embryonic stem cells. Pluripotent means these cells have the ability to become any of the three primary germ layers.
Some of the uses for this kind of cell would be study and development of new disease models, transplantation medicine applications and new drug development. One of the big challenges with and embryonic stem cell is trying to control the mutations because one of the true test for and embryonic stem cell is that if will produce a teratoma tumor when injected under the skin.
